Payments startup Square Inc plans to file for an initial public offering within the next two weeks, Fortune magazine reported on its website on Friday, citing multiple sources.Goldman Sachs reportedly will serve as lead underwriter, with Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase also participating, Fortune reported.
